8 – 10 minutes walk to the school.

All rooms are en-suite with WIFI access and phone to make internal calls. Each room has 2 single beds, wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, and a work desk.

Modern, en-suite bathroom facilities in every room (shower, sink & toilet).

Clean towels and linen provided twice a week. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer which is available to all students. These machines are token-operated and they can be purchased from staff.

Self-service continental breakfast and a two course evening meal is included daily with 24 hours access to tea and coffee making facilities. Food allergies can be catered for, but this must be pointed out prior to arrival.

Wifi-Connection in rooms and throughout the residence.

There is a common living area with TV and DVD facilities. There is also a quiet study area with tea and coffee facilities. Outdoor courtyard, 24-hour security. Students have a key-card for bedrooms.

Students must give €200 deposit at time of check in. This will be refunded back upon a successful check out inspection of the room.
