Frances King School of English is recognised by ACELS, a service of Quality and Qualifications Ireland, for English language teaching.

ACELS is currently the national body responsible for the development and management of an inspection/ recognition scheme for English Language Teaching organisations (ELTOs) nationally. All recognised ELTOs are listed on the Schools section of this website The Accreditation and Co-ordination of English Language Services (ACELS) was established in 1969 under the auspices of the Irish Department of Education & Science to control standards in ELT schools and organisations through an inspection/recognition scheme.

MEI (Marketing English in Ireland) Membership

Marketing English in Ireland (MEI) is Ireland’s national organisation of English language schools in Ireland. MEI represents the leading English language schools from all over Ireland. With origins dating back to the 1960s, quality and assurance has always been central to the mission of MEI.
